Retention

Enquiry data is retained for the period necessary to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by professional and legal obligations applicable to Portuguese lawyers.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@gpmlegal.pt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
